Celtic Travel Services Ltd. is a family-owned tour operator and travel agency located in Newport, South Wales.
We specialise in group tours to Wales and corporate travel but are always expanding and enhancing our wide range of offers, as well as adding new and exciting tours at present.
We offer a range of pre-planned tours or Many of our customers choose to have their trip tailor-made to suit their own specific needs and preferences. We are happy to customise your trip whether it involves tweaking one of our sample itineraries or designing an entire itinerary from scratch.
We have clients from all over the globe using our services and are always happy to welcome new groups into Wales to give them the great experiences that our Welsh culture can offer.
Sporting groups is a huge part of our business, we tailor make tours to suit the specific sport. For example, we have a cricket team which visit from India most years. They fly into London, we meet them with a coach and bring them to Wales, set up a number of cricket matches against local teams in Wales, along with their accommodation and any other excursions they fancy, and coach hire to and from their games. Then at the end of the trip take them back up to London on a coach for their flight home.
Another popular choice of tour is Choir. We have choirs come from all over the globe. Again, we meet them at London with a coach, organise various concerts all over Wales for them, with accommodation of their choice.
An option we can offer for larger groups is helping to charter an aircraft to specifically fly into Cardiff airport from your nearest airport.
We have recently been awarded funding to develop a project to encourage more tours into Wales. Working with the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism for the Welsh Government.
