CANCELLED RAIL TRIP TO LEEDS!
Many thanks Allan for recommending that I apply for a rail ticket refund for my cancelled trip to Leeds because of the Covid-19 situation. I was just going to let things go and not bother, but I’m glad you told me to go through the process of claiming for the refund. The money (minus a small admin fee) came through on my recent birthday: so huge thanks Allan for making my day!! I’ll certainly be coming back to rebook when our trip becomes possible again. Obviously no problem too small for you to ignore for which I’m most grateful.

Just had to leave this review for a outstanding customer service which I received again today at this travel agency. I normally deal with the owner Allan who has always finds the best holidays prices and places for myself and husband to stay and never disappointed in the 5 holidays that I have booked but this time this holiday was for my son and his girlfriend who had booked in their local town Newport.

My son and his girlfriend been saving hard for the first holiday together over the year working extra shifts and saving hard but as booked Thomas cook was so disappointed when they folded like all Thomas cook customers.

I rang this travel agency 9 o’clock on the Monday morning asking is there anything they can do to help them find another holiday which was in their budget. Ellie could not do enough while also dealing with a number of customers also wanting to still go away for some lovely weather, they had customers queuing and the phone was red hot and Ellie and Allan dealing with all customers very calm. Ellie found a holiday which they are flying out to Lanzarote on wed. Thank you for keeping me updated throughout the day until we finally booked another dream holiday. You always go above and beyond and I would not go anywhere else. Myself and husband will be booking our holiday.

I booked my holiday over the phone, as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. But what a great service, they spent time with me and nothing was a bother, as all I knew was when I could go and how much I could spent. I was really surprised by the wide range of options they offered, some places I never knew I could afford! As well as that they got back really quickly and the staff are so polite.
